ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE 1-[2-(2-naphthyl)ethyl]-4-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)piperidine and its acid addition salts are useful in the treatment of sexual dysfunctions in male mammals. The new compound can be prepared i.a. by catalytic hydrogenation of the corresponding 1,2,3,6-tetrahydro- pyridine derivative.
