PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention a pour objet un nouveau produit constitué par une nappe à base de fibres d'amiante, notamment une membrane microporeuse, et son procédé d'obtention. Elle se caractérisé en ce que cette nappe est obtenue par mélan- ge à sec de fibres d'amiante et d'au moins une charge, puis malaxage en présence d'une latex, formation de la nappe, et éventuellement élimination de la charge. Elle s'applique notam- ment à une membrane microporeuse pour application aux diaphrag- mes d'électrolyse.
