There are disclosed systems and methods of debriding tissue. In an embodiment, a system includes a bone tube having an opening sized to receive a bone with tissue disposed thereon, the opening of the bone tube sized to exclude entry of an operator's hand; a spray nozzle configured to emit a water jet into the bone tube; and an outlet from the bone tube. In another embodiment, a method includes assembling a sterile debridement system; placing a sterile mesh bag over a bone tube having an opening sized to receive a bone with tissue disposed thereon, the opening of the bone tube sized to exclude entry of an operator's hand; inserting one end of a bone into the bone tube; actuating a spray nozzle directed into the bone tube, and the water jet configured to debride tissue from the bone within the bone tube. Other embodiments are also disclosed.
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de débridement de tissu. Dans un mode de réalisation, un tel système comprend un tube à os doté dune ouverture dimensionnée de façon à recevoir un os sur lequel est disposé du tissu, louverture du tube à os étant dimensionnée de façon à exclure lentrée de la main dun opérateur; une buse de pulvérisation configurée de façon à émettre un jet deau dans le tube à os; et une sortie du tube à os. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un procédé selon linvention comporte les étapes consistant à assembler un système de débridement stérile; à placer une poche stérile à mailles par-dessus un tube à os doté dune ouverture dimensionnée de façon à recevoir un os sur lequel est disposé du tissu, louverture du tube à os étant dimensionnée de façon à exclure lentrée de la main dun opérateur; à insérer une extrémité dun os dans le tube à os; à actionner une buse de pulvérisation dirigée dans le tube à os, le jet deau étant configuré de façon à débrider du tissu de los présent à lintérieur du tube à os. Dautres modes de réalisation sont également décrits.
