Disclosed is a coating composition based on thermoplastic partially crystalline polyester and free of epoxy resin. The coating composition contains the thermoplastic polyester as a base resin and, for promoting adhesion, 0.5 to 15% by weight (based on the composition) of an amorphous polyester having a molecular weight of 500 to 20,000 and being composed of: (A) a polycarboxylic acid component comprising (a) an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polycarboxylic acid and (b) an aromatic polycarboxylic acid, (B) a polyol component comprising an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic polyol, and (C) optionally, a hydroxycarboxylic acid.
Divulgation concernant une composition de revêtement à base d'un polyester thermoplastique partiellement cristallisé, et exempt de résine époxyde. La composition de revêtement renferme le polyester thermoplastique comme résine de base et, pour faciliter l'adhérence, 0,5 à 15 % en poids (pourcentage basé sur la composition) d'un polyester amorphe, possédant une masse molaire de 500 à 20000 et constitué : A) d'un acide polycarboxylique constitué lui-même (a) d'un acide polycarboxylique, aliphatique ou cycloaliphatique, et (b) d'un acide polycarboxylique aromatique; B) d'un constituant à base de polyol aliphatique ou cycloaliphatique; C) facultativement, d'un acide hydroxycarboxylique.
