An asphalt composition and an adhesive sheet having excellent adhesiveness in the temperature range 5 to 50°C and capable of being used all year round, even outdoors, are disclosed. The asphalt composition contains from 8 to 14 mass % of a thermoplastic elastomer, from 1 to 5 mass % of resin acid and from 20 to 60 mass % of a petroleum-based solvent-extracted oil, the remainder being comprised of asphalt. When the measuring frequency is 6.28 rad/sec, the storage shear modulus at 10°C is not more than 1 x 105Pa and the storage shear modulus at 60°C is not less than 4 x 103 Pa. The total acid number is not less than 1.5 mgKOH/g.
L'invention concerne une composition d'asphalte et une feuille adhésive ayant une excellente propriété adhésive dans la plage de température de 5 à 50 °C et capables d'être utilisées toute l'année, même à l'extérieur. La composition d'asphalte contient de 8 à 14 % en masse d'un élastomère thermoplastique, de 1 à 5 % en masse d'un acide résinique et de 20 à 60 % en masse d'une huile extraite par un solvant à base de pétrole, le reste étant composé d'asphalte. Lorsque la fréquence de mesure est de 6,28 rad/seconde, le module de cisaillement par stockage à 10 °C n'est pas supérieur à 1 x 105 Pa et le module de cisaillement par stockage à 60 °C n'est pas inférieur à 4 x 103 Pa. L'indice d'acide total n'est pas inférieur à 1,5 mgKOH/g.
