ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Steam is supplied into water to regenerate asphalt waste which in turn is heated in the water to a predetermined temperature. Such heated asphalt waste is mechanically separated in the water, thereby becoming aggregate grains each having the surface coated with a thin asphalt film.
