ASPHALT REGENERATING APPARATUS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An asphalt regenerating apparatus including a drum in which blade means is provided and hot water is contained is disclosed. The asphalt waste is introduced into the drum and heated by the hot water contained in the drum. By revolving the bade means, the heated asphalt waste is subdivided, thereby becoming aggregate particles each having the surface coated with a thin asphalt film.
