A chemical aspiration sprayer head includes a carrier channel (30) having an inlet (12), an outlet (14) through which the carrier fluid exits, and an expansion chamber (32) in between the inlet and outlet, a chemical supply channel in flow communication with the expansion chamber of the carrier channel through an aspiration opening (49), and a bleed line (60) extending from the chemical supply channel between the aspiration opening and the liquid chemical, the bleed line connecting the chemical supply channel in flow communication to ambient air. A control valve assembly (20) is seated in the sprayer head to simultaneously engage the carrier channel and the bleed line and with the carrier channel open, selectively open and close the bleed line to selectively permit ambient air to be drawn into the chemical supply channel in response to the aspiration flow produced by the flow of carrier fluid.
L'invention concerne une tête de pulvérisation à aspiration de produits chimiques qui comprend un canal (30) porteur présentant une entrée (12), une sortie (14) à travers laquelle s'écoule le fluide porteur et une chambre d'expansion (32) entre l'entrée et la sortie. Le pulvérisateur comprend également un canal d'alimentation en produits chimiques en communication fluidique avec la chambre d'expansion du canal porteur à travers une ouverture d'aspiration (49) et une conduite de purge (60) s'étendant du canal d'alimentation en produits chimiques entre l'ouverture d'aspiration et le produit chimique liquide, la conduite de purge étant connectée au canal d'alimentation en produits chimiques en communication fluidique avec l'air ambiant. Une soupape de commande (20) se trouve dans la tête de pulvérisation pour mettre simultanément en contact le canal porteur et la conduite de purge avec le canal porteur ouvrant et fermant sélectivement la conduite d'alimentation pour permettre à l'air ambiant de pénétrer de manière sélective dans le canal d'alimentation en produits chimiques en réaction à l'écoulement d'aspiration produit par l'écoulement du fluide porteur.
