The present invention relates to an apparatus for use in an assay comprising: (a) at least one first receptacle comprising a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, (b) a porous membrane, and (c) at least one analyte-specific binding agent, characterised in that said at least one analyte-specific binding agent is immobilised on the underside of said porous membrane relative to the fluid inlet; and to methods of performing said assay.

L'invention concerne un appareil servant à réaliser des analyses. Cet appareil comprend : (a) au moins un premier réceptacle pourvu d'une entrée de fluide et d'une sortie de fluide ; (b) une membrane poreuse, et ; (c) au moins un agent de liaison spécifique d'un analyte. Cette invention est caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un agent de liaison spécifique d'un analyte est immobilisé sur la face inférieure de la membrane poreuse, par rapport à l'entrée de fluide.
