Influenza hemagglutinin (HA) binds to aluminium salt adjuvants and cannot easily be directly assayed directly a single radial immunodiffusion (SRID) test. The invention modifies the SRID protocol for an adsorbed antigen by including a step in which antigen is desorbed prior to diffusion.

L'invention concerne l'hémagglutinine (HA) de la grippe qui se lie à des adjuvants à base de sel d'aluminium et ne peut pas être dosée directement au moyen d'un test d'immunodiffusion radiaire simple (SRID). L'invention permet de modifier le protocole SRID pour un antigène adsorbé par inclusion d'une étape lors de laquelle l'antigène est désorbé avant la diffusion.
