The invention relates to an assembly and a method for carrying out magnetotherapy. Said assembly comprises an application system (3) for applying a magnetic field to a living thing (5) and a control unit (1) for adjusting at least one parameter of the magnetic field. A pulse sensor (4) records a vegetative or motoric function of the living thing (5) and a regulating system adjusts the aforementioned parameter in accordance with the measuring signals from the pulse sensor (4). The aim of the invention is to create a magnetic field therapy, in which the condition of the treated patient is reliably recorded and taken into consideration. To achieve this, the variability of the heart rate is determined from the measuring signals of the pulse sensor (4).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour mettre en oeuvre une magnétothérapie. Le dispositif comprend un système d'application (3) conçu pour appliquer un champ magnétique sur un être vivant (5) et un appareil de commande (1) conçu pour régler au moins un paramètre du champ magnétique. Un capteur d'impulsions (4) détecte une fonction végétative ou motrice de l'être vivant (5) et un dispositif de régulation règle ledit paramètre en fonction des signaux de mesure provenant du capteur d'impulsions (4). L'objectif de la présente invention est de mettre au point une magnétothérapie avec laquelle on peut détecter de manière fiable et prendre en compte l'état des patients traités. Cet objectif est atteint en ce que la variabilité du rythme cardiaque est déterminée à partir des signaux de mesure du capteur d'impulsions (4).
