The invention relates to an assembly for positioning a heater in relation to a roll, wherein the roll (101) has a substantially cylindrical shape with a shell surface (103), rotatable around a shell axis (102), at a first distance (104) from the shell axis (102). The heater (105) comprises at least one heater section (106, 106', 106'') intended for heating the shell surface (103), and is supported via a suspension attachment (107) by means of a supporting means (108) on a variable, second distance (109) from the shell axis (102). Thereby, the heater section (106, 106', 106'') is furnished with at least one distance control means (110, 110') arranged for being in contact with the shell surface (103) during the heating and for automatically regulating the second distance (109) by means of a self-regulating mechanism. The invention further relates to a press device with such an assembly, and is particularly advantageously implemented in connection with impulse pressing of paper webs in so called shoe presses having an extended nip, but can also be implemented for other types of heated rolls in a paper machine.
L'invention concerne un ensemble permettant de positionner un corps de chauffe par rapport à un rouleau, ce rouleau (101) présentant une forme sensiblement cylindrique et pouvant pivoter autour de l'axe (102) d'une surface enveloppe (103), à une première distance (104) de cet axe (102). Le corps de chauffe (105), qui comprend au moins une partie corps de chauffe (106, 106', 106'') destinée à chauffer la surface enveloppe (103), repose via la fixation à suspension (107) d'un organe support (108) à une seconde distance variable (109) dudit axe (102) de l'enveloppe. La partie corps de chauffe (106, 106', 106'') est donc munie d'au moins un organe de réglage de la distance (110, 110'), conçu à la fois pour être placé en contact avec la surface enveloppe (103) pendant le chauffage et pour régler automatiquement la seconde distance (109), au moyen d'un mécanisme autoréglable. Cette invention concerne également un dispositif presse muni de l'ensemble de cette invention, ce dispositif étant utilisé avec avantage en particulier dans le pressage à impulsion de feuilles continues de papier, pressage effectué par ce que l'on appelle des presses à sabot avec pince étendue, ce dispositif pouvant également être employé dans d'autres types de rouleaux chauffés dans une machine à papier.
