System for treatment of a sample in a liquid medium, comprising a first chamber (1) for dissociation of the sample, to release a fraction of the predetermined component of interest, and a second chamber (2) for separation of the predetermined fraction, with each chamber having a duct element (3, 4) made of a metallic or other material, that is mechanically sturdy and able to dissipate heat by ohmic effect, to constitute a hot reservoir directly in its mass, characterized in that the system includes a permanent active module (A) that is essentially static and sealed off (26) from the exterior, set up for full internal incineration of its internal circuit, plus a disposable external container (B) for the sample to be analyzed, connectable to the active module (A), and another disposable external container (C) for analysis.
Ensemble de traitement d'un échantillon en milieu liquide, comprenant une première enceinte (1) de dissociation dudit échantillon, pour libérer une fraction du constituant prédéterminé d'intérêt, et une deuxième enceinte (2) de séparation de ladite fraction prédéterminée, chaque dite enceinte comprenant un élément de conduit (3, 4) obtenu en un matériau, notamment métallique, mécaniquement résistant, susceptible de dissiper de la chaleur par effet ohmique, pour constituer une source chaude directement dans sa masse, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble comprend, d'une part un module actif (A) permanent, essentiellement statique, clos (26) par rapport à l'extérieur, agencé pour une incinération interne complète de son circuit interne, et d'autre part un récipient externe (B) jetable pour l'échantillon à analyser, connectable au module actif (A), et un autre récipient externe (C) jetable pour analyse.
