The invention relates to an assembly including a tap (1) for controlling fluid under pressure and a protective cap (2) mounted around said tap (1), the tap (1) including at least one handling member (5) that includes a lever (5) pivotably connected to the body of the tap (1) and manually actuatable by an operator between at least a first rest position adjacent to the body of the tap (1) and a second active position shifted by a nonzero angle relative to the body of the tap (1), the cap (2) defining an inner protective space for the tap (1) and being provided with at least one first side opening (12) that enables movement of the lever (5) between the first and second positions, the lever (5) in the second position thereof intercepting the plane of the first opening (12) and optionally projecting beyond the space of the cap (2), and characterized in that, in the mounted position for the use thereof, the cap (2) is turning, that is, freely movable in rotation relative to the body of the tap (1) around an axis (A), and in that the portion of the cap (2) defining the first opening (12) has contact edges (102) capable of coming into contact with the lever (5) when the latter intercepts the plane of the first opening (12) and in that the cap (2) is set into rotation relative to the tap (1), the contact edges (102) being oriented according to predetermined angles to exert force on the lever (5) urging the latter towards the first position thereof.
Ensemble comprenant robinet (1) de contrôle d'un fluide sous pression et un chapeau (2) de protection monté autour dudit robinet (1), le robinet (1) comprenant au moins un organe (5) de manipulation comprenant un levier (5) articulé relativement au corps du robinet (1) et actionnable manuellement par un opérateur entre au moins une première position de repos adjacente au corps du robinet (1) et une seconde position active décalée d'un angle non nul relativement au corps du robinet (1), le chapeau (2) définissant un volume intérieur de protection pour le robinet (1) et étant pourvu d'au moins une première ouverture (12) latérale autorisant le mouvement du levier (5) entre les première et seconde positions, dans sa seconde position le levier (5) interceptant le plan de la première ouverture (12) et faisant éventuellement saillie au-delà du volume du chapeau (2), caractérisé en ce que, en position montée d'utilisation, le chapeau (2) est tournant, c'est-à-dire libre d'être mobile en rotation relativement au corps du robinet (1) autour d'un axe (A) et en ce que la portion du chapeau (2) délimitant la première ouverture (12) présente des bordures (102) de contact susceptibles de venir en contact avec le levier (5) lorsque d'une part ce dernier intercepte le plan de la première ouverture (12) et que d'autre part le chapeau (2) est mis en rotation relativement au robinet (1), les bordures de contact (102) étant orientées selon des angles prédéterminés pour induire un effort sur le levier (5) le sollicitant vers sa première position.
