An assembly (100) mating first (160) and second tubular bodies iincludes at least one sleeve structure (162) forming a part of the first tubular body (160) and defining an inner receptacle surface region (166); a compression loading assembly (102) integrally formed with, constituted by, or otherwise securable to the second tubular body and at least partially received in the sleeve structure (162); and a cured adhesive bond positioned between an exterior surface region (146) of the compression loading assembly (102) and the inner receptacle surface region (166) to couple the sleeve structure (162) to the compression loading assembly (102). The compression loading assembly (102) is laterally expandable at at least the exterior surface region (146) thereof and constructed and arranged relative to the cured adhesive bond so that expansion of the exterior surface region (146) compressively loads the cured adhesive bond in a substantially lateral direction. The strength of the adhesive bond is thereby increased against shear stresses acting on said mating assembly (100) due to longitudinal and/or torsional loading.
L'invention concerne un ensemble couplage d'un premier et d'un second corps tubulaires. Cet ensemble couplage comprend: au moins une structure de manchon formant une partie dudit premier corps tubulaire et définissant la surface intérieure d'un réceptacle; un ensemble charge de compression monobloc avec ledit second corps tubulaire, formé par ce second corps tubulaire, ou pouvant être fixé sur ce second corps tubulaire, tout en étant au moins partiellement logé dans ladite structure de manchon; et un lien adhésif durci, placé entre la surface extérieure de l'ensemble charge de compression et la surface intérieure du réceptacle, afin de coupler ladite structure manchon à l'ensemble charge de compression. Cet ensemble charge de compression peut s'étendre latéralement, au moins au niveau de sa surface extérieure, cet ensemble étant assemblé et placé par rapport audit lien adhésif durci, de sorte que l'extension de ladite surface extérieure charge par compression ce lien adhésif durci, dans une direction sensiblement latérale. La résistance de ce lien adhésif peut ainsi être améliorée, face aux contraintes de cisaillement exercées sur cet ensemble de raccordement en raison d'une charge longitudinale et/ou de torsion.
