An assembly of preprinted notice documents having a carrier substrate and a plurality of notice documents wherein each notice document has a machine readable indicia containing a depot identification code and/or a delivery person identification code. Each notice document also has a repositional adhesive layer for permitting selective removal and affixing of a notice document. The invention further includes a method of using such a notice document to deliver a package.
