Abstract of the Disclosure The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows: An assembly of flattened tubular marker sleeves including a carrier having integral longitudinal side members connected by a plurality of evenly spaced transverse bridge members with rectangular apertures between the bridge members, a support tape or tapes having a pressure sensitive adhesive layer secured to the back of the carrier over the apertures, and a marker sleeve in each aperture of the carrier and retained therein by the pressure sensitive adhesive layer of the support tape(s).
