The evaluation period (from c, through k, to n) from a past c to a future n of a facility that is an object of asset management is determined. A business management evaluation coefficient X for the determined evaluation period composed of the sum of the past profits Pi~ (i=c to k-1) + the sum of the future predicted profits Pi (i=k to n) + the difference (Vn-Vc) between the fixed asset values before and after the evaluation period is calculated from the past profit actual values for the evaluation period, the future profit predicted values, and the fixed asset values of the facility before and after the evaluation period. By evaluating the business management on the basis of the business management evaluation coefficient X, even an asset facility having features such as high purchase price, long delivery term, and long life can be operated and managed after deciding the business management policy the object of which is long-term profit reflecting the features of the asset facility.
L'invention concerne la gestion d'actifs permettant de déterminer la période d'évaluation (allant de c, passant par k, à n) à partir d'un c passé vers un n futur des immobilisations de production. Le coefficient X d'évaluation de la gestion commerciale pour la période d'évaluation déterminée comprenant la somme des profits passés Pi' (i=c à k-1) + la somme des profits futurs prévus Pi (i=k à n) + la différence (Vn-Vc) entre les valeurs d'actifs fixes avant et après la période d'évaluation est calculé à partir des valeurs actuelles des profits passés pour la période d'évaluation, des valeurs prévues pour les profits futurs et des valeurs d'actifs fixes des immobilisations de production avant et après la période d'évaluation. En évaluant la gestion commerciale d'après le coefficient X d'évaluation de gestion commerciale, on peut faire fonctionner et gérer des immobilisations de production d'actifs présentant des caractéristiques telles qu'un prix de vente, un long délai de livraison et une durée de vie prolongée après avoir choisi la politique de gestion commerciale visant à garantir un profit à long terme reflétant les caractéristiques des immobilisations de production d'actifs.
