The invention relates to associations of xanthogenates and cyclodextrins, to pharmaceutical formulations thereof and to medicaments comprising these formulations for the treatment of Alzheimer's, viral diseases, tumour diseases, cardiovascular diseases and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatism, multiple sclerosis, Alopecia areata, lupus erythematodes, stroke, pulmonary edema, or for use as radioprotectors. The associations comprise a xanthogenate of the formula (I) where R1 represents an optionally substituted aryl or alkyl radical and R2 represents a metal atom, an optionally substituted alkyl, alkoxy, amino or ammonium group or halogen, and a cyclodextrin, where the cyclodextrin may be either a substituted or an unsubstituted alpha-, beta- or gamma-cyclodextrin. The invention furthermore relates to the use of the associations for chemical syntheses.
L'invention concerne l'association de xanthogénate et de cyclodextrine, des formulations pharmaceutiques à base de cette association et des médicaments contenant ces formulations pour le traitement de la maladie d'Alzheimer, de maladies virales, tumorales, cardiovasculaires et auto-immunes, telles que les rhumatismes, la sclérose en plaques, la pelade, le lupus érythémateux, l'apoplexie, l'AEdème pulmonaire ou pour une utilisation en tant que radioprotecteurs. L'association contient un xanthogénate de formule (I), dans laquelle R1 représente un radical aryle ou alkyle éventuellement substitué et R2 représente un atome métallique, un groupement alkyle, alcoxy, amino ou ammonium éventuellement substitué ou un halogène, et une cyclodextrine, la cyclodextrine pouvant être une alpha, bêta ou gamma-clyclodextrine substituée ou non substituée. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de l'association pour des synthèses chimiques.
