An asymmetric bridge (20) of a ship (10) where the main navigation workstation (21) is located aside the center line of the ship on the starboard side of bridge at the starboard end of the bridge. The front bulkhead (15) of the bridge is directed from the main navigation workstation to the port side of the ship (10) in an angle (.alpha.) abaft the beam. The aft bulkhead (16) of the bridge is directed from the main navigation workstation to the port side of the ship (10) in an angle (f3) between the direction of center line of the ship. The angle (.alpha.) is preferably 10- 15° and the angle (f3) 40-45°. The angle (~) of the field of vision is about 320° seen along the bulkheads of the bridge (20).
On décrit un pont asymétrique (20) de navire (10) où le poste de navigation principal (21) est situé à côté de l'axe central du navire sur le côté tribord du pont et à son extrémité tribord. La paroi frontale (15) du pont est tournée depuis ce poste de navigation prinicpal vers le côté babord du navire (10) selon un angle (alpha) tendant vers le travers arrière. La paroi arrière (16) du pont est tournée depuis ce poste de navigation principal vers le côté babord du navire (10) selon un angle (beta) par rapport à l'axe central du navire. L'angle (alpha) mesure de préférence 10 à 15° et l'angle (beta), 40 à 45°. L'angle () de champ de vision mesure environ 320° d'une paroi du pont (20) à l'autre.
