ABSTRACT A piece of sport equipment an athlete or a person performing a strenuous physical activity would wear on their bodies in order to avoid possible injury to their bone or muscle tissue. It would be in the form of a garment or short complete with extra padding sewn into the garment in the most appropriate placement most suited for the particular sport or activity being performed. This is a form of protective underwear to support the groin, thigh, and hip areas, complete with a built-in pocket for a cup to protect the groin area plus a pocket at the rear of the short for a tail bone pad. This invention will be made of 85% nylon and 15% lycra fabric including elastic waist bands and elastic leg bands. Along with this fibre and a four way knit, it will be a compression underwear for the retention of muscle tissue.
