The invention relates to an atomiser (1) for a fluid (2), comprising a pressure generator (5) which is used to convey and atomise the fluid, in particular, in the form of an inhaler. In order to improve user guidance, the atomiser comprises a signal device (24) which is used to produce at least one acoustic and/or vibratory signal, in particular, during an atomising step.
