The invention relates to a novel atomizer (1) for nasally or orally administering a medicinal-pharmaceutical aerosol, whereby the active substance formulation is always kept under sterile conditions. Wetting agents, medicaments and/or wound healing agents are preferably sprayed into the nose or mouth using said atomizer (1).
