ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: In the case of an attachment element, a large washer, and a tubular extension formed thereon, are provided for the passage and guidance of a screw. The washer and the tubular extension are in the form of parts made separately from each other. The tubular extension carries, at the end facing the washer, a shoulder engaging in a corresponding depression in the vicinity of an opening in the washer. The section, adjoining the shoulder, of the tubular extension, can be introduced through the opening in the washer. The screw is inserted into the extension before or after the extension has been inserted into the washer.
