ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE Attendence recording equipment comprising a master unit including a clock and a memory, at least one terminal unit having time displaying means and personnel indentification means such as a key or card reader, the equipment being so arranged that upon presentation of the identification means of a particular employee at the terminal unit a record is made in the memory that the employee is present or absent, ant so that whilst the record shown that the employee is present a time-worked total for that employee is regularly incremented.
