ABSTRACT The invention consists of a modular circuit installed at a physical site where it is desired to signal the current situation to a visually impaired person and which is activated by means of radiations emitted by the person carrying the circuit. It includes a fixed modular circuit, a radiation sensor, an analog/digital interface triggering device connected with a microprocessor with an input for a microphone and outputs for an amplifier connected with a loudspeaker that generates the sound messages emitted. The triggering device includes outputs connected with a control to adjust the sensitivity of the device and the amplifier includes a volume control. Also included are pulsators for the recording and reproduction of the signals introduced by the microphone/tape, with the ability to choose between two possible messages and capable of being deactivated. This system is used for the emission of an oral message upon activation of a circuit by the user.
