There is provided an audio/music decoding device capable of improving quality of decoded signal generated by conceal processing of a frame erase in the scalable encoding method. The audio/music decoding device includes a frame loss detection unit (152) for judging whether encoded information is normally received and generating frame loss information indicating the judgment result. According to the frame loss information, a first decoding unit (153) performs decoding by using at least one of the following encoded information; the first encoded information on the frame immediately before, the first encoded information on the current frame, and the second encoded information on the current frame. According to the frame loss information, a second decoding unit (154) performs decoding by using at least one of the following encoded information: the first encoded information on the frame immediately before, the first encoded information on the current frame, the second encoded information on the frame immediately before, and the second encoded information on the current frame. An adder (155) adds the decoded signal outputted from the first decoding unit (153) and the decoded signal outputted from the second decoding unit (154).

Il est proposé un dispositif de décodage audio/musical capable d'améliorer la qualité de signal décodé généré par traitement de masque en attente d'un effacement d'image dans le procédé de codage graduable.
