An authentication method and system in a communication system are provided. An MS, a BS and an AAA server acquire a first MSK by a first EAP authentication for the MS in an EAP-in-EAP scheme. After the first EAP authentication, they acquire a second MSK by a second EAP authentication for the MS in the EAP-in- EAP scheme.

L'invention concerne une méthode d'authentification et un système d'authentification situé dans un système de communication. Un SM (station mobile), un BS (station de base) et un serveur AAA (autorisation, authentification et comptabilité) acquièrentt un premier MSK (clé session principale) par une première authentification EAP (protocole d'authentification extensible) pour le SM dans un programme EAP dans EAP. Après la première authentification EAP, ils acquièrent un second MSK par une seconde authentification EAP pour le SM dans un programme EAP dans EAP.
