Disclosed are an auto management system for an air filter used in a battery pack and an auto management method for the same. The system for an air filter used in a battery pack having at least one cell and a case accommodating each of the cells so that there is secured an air flow passage between the neighboring cells and provided with an air inlet at one side thereof and an air outlet at the other side thereof, comprises: an air filter detachably mounted at an outside end of the air inlet of the case; a blowing fan provided to one of the air inlet and the air outlet; a flux sensor arranged at the other of the air inlet and the air outlet and detecting an air flow introduced into the case or discharged from the case; a control unit (such as BMS) connected to the cells of the battery pack, the blowing fan and the flux sensor, respectively, measuring currents, voltages and temperatures of the respective cells and electrically controlling the blowing fan and the flux sensor; and a notifying means connected to the control unit and notifying an operator or user of a non-mounted state or replacement time of the air filter.
L'invention concerne un système d'autogestion destiné à un filtre à air utilisé dans un ensemble de batteries et une méthode d'autogestion associée. Ce système est utilisé dans un ensemble de batteries présentant au moins une batterie et un compartiment permettant d'agencer chaque batterie de sorte à obtenir un passage d'écoulement d'air entre les batteries avoisinantes et que chaque batterie est dotée d'une entrée d'air située d'un côté de celle-ci et d'une sortie d'air située de l'autre côté de celle-ci. Ce système comprend: un filtre à air monté amovible sur une extrémité extérieure de l'entrée d'air du compartiment; un ventilateur de soufflage destiné à l'entrée d'air ou à la sortie d'air; un capteur d'écoulement agencé de l'autre côté de l'entrée d'air et de la sortie d'air et permettant de détecter un écoulement d'air injecté dans le compartiment ou évacué de ce compartiment; une unité de commande (notamment BMS) respectivement reliée aux batteries de l'ensemble de batteries, au ventilateur de soufflage et au capteur de flux, et destinée à mesurer les intensités, les tensions et les températures des batteries correspondantes et à commander électriquement le ventilateur de soufflage et le capteur d'écoulement; et un moyen de notification relié à l'unité de commande, notifiant un opérateur ou un utilisateur d'un état non monté ou d'une durée de remplacement du filtre à air.
