ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This auto-theft prevention system can be incorporated in the starter solenoid circuit of an automobile such that its accidental failure will not cause the automobile to stall suddenly. The starter solenoid circuit is controlled by a main relay which is, in turn, controlled by a series of coding relays connected in a predetermined manner. Actuation of the main relay will allow the starter solenoid to be operated depending on the actuation of the coding relays in a pre-selected coding sequence.
