ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE It presents a body in brass provided with a central through passage presenting two cylindrical sur- faces of different diameters. A disc in hard stone is driven in the first cylindrical surface. A perced steel ring is driven in the second cylindrical surface. One of the annular faces of this ring is in contact with one of the faces of the disc in hard stone. A cylindrical part in synthetical resin is fixed in the steel ring, this part presenting an internal cylindrical surface having the shape of a diabolo the medium part of which receives a pivot. The internal frontal face of the part in syn- thetical resin is in contact with the face of the disc in hard stone which itself is in contact with the steel ring.
