A display arrangement presents sequential graphical data that corresponds to predetermined environmental features or points of interest. In one specific embodiment of the invention, the arrangement is installed on a golf cart and the information that is sequentially displayed is correlated to the features of a golf course, such as the various physical characteristics of the respective golf holes. A user will actuate the arrangement by manipulation of an actuator switch, whereupon the graphical data is sequenced to display subsequent information, such as the information that relates to a subsequent golf hole to be played. An automated indexing arrangement controls the displacement of a web on which the graphical data is printed. The scrolling display arrangement is adapted to draw electrical energy from the vehicle on which it is installed.
Dispositif d'affichage de données graphiques séquentielles correspondant à des caractéristiques ou à des points d'intérêt prédéterminés d'un milieu. Dans une version en particulier, le dispositif est installé sur une voiturette de golfeur et l'information affichée séquentiellement est corrélée aux caractéristiques d'un parcours de golf, p. ex. les diverses caractéristiques physiques des trous. L'utilisateur met en marche le dispositif en manipulant un dispositif de commande et les données graphiques sont alors séquencées de façon à présenter l'information qui suit, p. ex. l'information relative au prochain trou du parcours. Un dispositif d'indexation automatique commande le déplacement d'une bande continue sur laquelle sont imprimées les données graphiques. Le dispositif d'affichage à défilement est adapté pour s'alimenter à même l'énergie électrique du véhicule sur lequel il est installé.
