The invention provides methods, systems and apparatus, including computer program apparatus, implementing techniques for processing experimental data derived from a combinatorial library of materials. The techniques include providing an experiment protocol defining a program of actions to be carried out during a set of experiments and executing the program of actions. The protocol includes at least a first action linked to a library description of a combinatorial library. The library description includes data identifying a plurality of library positions corresponding to a plurality of members of the combinatorial library. Execution of the first action includes performing a method specified by the first action using the library description as an input.
L'invention porte sur des méthodes, systèmes et appareils comprenant: des équipements de programmation informatique, et des techniques de traitement de données expérimentales provenant d'une bibliothèque combinatoire de matériels. Les techniques comprennent un protocole expérimental définissant un programme d'actions à exécuter pendant un ensemble d'expérimentations, puis l'exécution dudit programme d'actions. Le protocole comporte au moins une première action liée à la description d'une bibliothèque combinatoire, description qui inclue des données identifiant différentes positions correspondant à différents éléments de la bibliothèque combinatoire. L'exécution de la première action consiste à appliquer la méthode spécifiée par elle en utilisant la description de la bibliothèque comme élément d'entrée.
