There is described a vehicle wheel alignment system for use with a twin I-beam suspension, the suspension coupled to a pair of steerable wheels, each of the steerable wheels associated with a pre-existing aftermarket suspension angle adjustment member adjacent thereto having both an offset and orientation value, the vehicle wheel alignment system comprising at least one vehicle suspension angle sensor associated with a steerable wheel and capable of generating sensed angle information, a computer operatively coupled to the at least one sensor and capable of receiving the sensed angle information, a computer for determining the extent to which the sensor angle information results from the pre-existing aftermarket suspension angle adjustment member, and a system utilizing the results of the determination for generating a display comprising suspension angle adjustment member offset and orientation correction information viewable by an operator, whereby the operator may use the member offset and orientation correction information on the display to provide the twin I-beam suspension with a new suspension angle adjustment member having corrected offset and orientation values.
