ABSTRACT The system relates to a system of vertically sliding windows which are moved into positions desired by a compressed air or liquid system. The compressed air or liquid system powers cylinders which are attached directly to the movable window sections which are inside of the frame or indirectly, thru pulleys, cables, tapes or the like which, intern, are attached to the movable window section of the vertical sliding windows. The movable window section being opened and closed by the pressurization and depressurization of the cylinders. An actuation mean controls a valve on the line leading to a series of windows, and all the valves which control the air or liquid flow to each window. If an electric actuation means is used a manual release valve is positioned between the valve on the line and the system windows. This allows for the depressurization of the system inflated thru pressurization when the windows are closed so as to push against the window and move it into a sealed position protecting occupants from wind and rain.
