ABSTRACT A device for extracting arrows from a target, the device having a frame with first and second members defining a channel adapted to receive the shaft of an arrow to be extracted, the members having gripping elements associated therewith, at least one of the gripping elements being moveable into and out of a gripping relationship with respect to an arrow shaft in the channel such that it may be securely gripped and pulled from the target.
