The invention relates to a machine capable of continuously baking fried dough foods fried in pans, comprising a dough piece dispenser, wherein the machine has means suitable for feeding, conveying, turning and releasing the fried dough food to be baked. Furthermore, a pan is provided in the bottom region of the machine above an electric heating unit. The essence of the invention is that the machine comprises at least three, preferably four baking sheets, which are disposed such that they can be rotated in a plane perpendicular to the vertical supporting column about the supporting column, turned circular-symmetrically about their own axis disposed perpendicular to the supporting column, displaced along the supporting column and locked in end position, and that a slippage preventing element, which is known per se and suited for the reliable turning and conveying of the dough pieces placed on the baking pans, is fastened to the baking pans.
L'invention concerne un appareil automatique à cuisson continue équipé d'un distributeur de pâtons, cet appareil étant destiné à des types d'aliments frits dans des bassines de friture. Ledit appareil présente des moyens adaptés d'alimentation, d'acheminement, de retournement et de sortie des aliments à frire, ainsi qu'une bassine de friture située dans la partie inférieure de l'appareil au-dessus d'une unité de chauffage électrique. L'invention se caractérise en ce que cet appareil automatique présente au moins trois, de préférence quatre plaques de cuisson qui sont disposées dans un plan perpendiculaire à la colonne porteuse verticale de telle sorte qu'elles puissent tourner autour de celle-ci, qu'elles présentent une symétrie de révolution, qu'elles puissent être retournées autour de leur axe perpendiculaire à la colonne porteuse, qu'elles puissent être déplacées le long de la colonne porteuse et qu'elles puissent être bloquées en position finale. Un dispositif antiglissement connu en soi est fixé sur chaque plaque de cuisson, ce dispositif garantissant un retournement et un acheminement sûrs des pâtons placés sur les plaques de cuisson.
