ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A color television receiver includes a voltage regulating transformer and resonating capacitor for supplying power to receiv- er circuitry and to a color picture tube subject to extraneous magnetization. An automatic degaussing circuit includes a degauss- ing coil adjacent to the picture tube, a thermally responsive element and a tuning capacitor, are series connected across a portion of the transformer secondary winding. - 1 -
