An automatic dishwashing detergent composition comprising: a) at least 0.05 mg of active amylase per gram of composition, wherein the amylase is either: a1) a variant with one or more, preferably three or more substitutions in the following positions versus SEQ ID NO: 1: 9, 26, 149, 182, 186, 202, 257, 295, 299, 323, 339 and 345; and a2) optionally with one or more, preferably all of the substitutions and/or deletions in the following positions: 118, 183, 184, 195, 320 and 458, which if present preferably comprise R118K, D183*, G184*, N195F, R320K and/or R458K; or a3) an amylase derived from Bacillus sp.707, whose sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 5, preferably comprising mutations in one or more of the following positions M202, M208, S255, R172, and/or M261. and b) at least 0.1 mg of low temperature protease per gram of composition.
L'invention concerne une composition détergente pour lave-vaisselle, qui comprend : a) au moins 0,05 mg d'amylase active par gramme de composition, l'amylase étant : a1) une variante contenant une ou plusieurs substitutions, de préférence trois substitutions ou plus, aux positions suivantes par rapport à la SEQ ID NO : 1 : 9, 26, 149, 182, 186, 202, 257, 295, 299, 323, 339 et 345; ou a2) une variante contenant éventuellement une ou plusieurs substitutions et/ou délétions, de préférence toutes les substitutions et/ou délétions aux positions suivantes : 118, 183, 184, 195, 320 et 458, qui, si elle est présente, comprend de préférence R118K, D183*, G184*, N195F, R320K et/ou R458K; ou a3) une amylase dérivée de Bacillus sp.707, dont la séquence est représentée par SEQ ID NO : 5, comprenant de préférence des mutations à une ou plusieurs des positions suivantes M202, M208, S255, R172 et/ou M261 et b) au moins 0,1 mg de protéase à basse température par gramme de composition.
