The present invention relates to a dispensing machine, and the related operating method, comprising means for dispensing packaged and/or unpackaged edible goods/beverages, a control unit connected to one or more electrically-activated parts of the machine and provided with memory means to store and retrieve digital data, a user interface for showing information to the user and for retrieving input commands from the user to be sent to the control unit. The user interface is a graphic user interface GUI comprising a touch-panel integrated in a graphic screen capable to display multimedia content including moving images. The content and/or form of said information shown on the screen is changed by the control unit on the basis of at least one parameter related to any of the operative status of the machine, the location wherein the machine is running, the calendar date and/or the daily time, statistics indicative of previous selections made by user(s) or on the basis of the signal provided by at least one sensor of the machine detecting proximity of the user(s).
La présente invention concerne une machine de distribution et le procédé d'exploitation en rapport, qui comprend un moyen pour distribuer des aliments ou des boissons comestibles emballés ou non, une unité de commande raccordée à une ou plusieurs parties électriques de la machine et équipée d'un moyen de mémoire pour stocker et récupérer des données numériques, une interface utilisateur pour afficher des informations pour l'utilisateur et pour récupérer des commandes d'entrée de l'utilisateur à envoyer à l'unité de commande. L'interface utilisateur est une interface graphique (GUI) comprenant un panneau tactile intégré dans un écran graphique capable d'afficher un contenu multimédia comprenant des images mobiles. Le contenu ou la forme de l'information affichée à l'écran est modifié par l'unité de commande sur la base d'au moins un paramètre lié à l'un des statuts opérationnels de la machine, l'emplacement où fonctionne la machine, la date calendaire ou l'heure du jour, des statistiques des sélections précédentes réalisées par le ou les utilisateurs ou sur la base du signal fourni par au moins un capteur de la machine détectant la proximité du ou des utilisateurs.
