A slicing and conveying system (28) forms a three or more flavor-combined draft. Slicing machine slice a succession of first slices in the form of shingled draft side-by-side (A, B, C, D) on an output conveyor (180). An overlap conveyor merges side-by-side shingled drafts into an elongated combined draft. Sensors (192, 194) determine the lengths of the side-by-side drafts and the combined drafts. A control receives input from the sensors and outputs a control signal to the output conveyors to adjust the spacing of the slices.
L'invention concerne un système de tranchage et de transport (28) qui forme une pile combinant trois parfums ou plus. Les machines à trancher découpent une succession de premières tranches sous la forme d'une seule pile de tranches imbriquées côte-à-côte (A,B,C,D) sur un transporteur de sortie (180). Un transporteur de chevauchement réunit les piles des tranches imbriquées côte-à-côte en une pile combinée allongée. Des capteurs (192,194) déterminent les longueurs des piles côte-à-côte et des piles combinées. Une commande reçoit une entrée des capteurs et transmet un signal de commande aux transporteurs de sortie afin de régler l'espacement des tranches.
