An automatic distribution system for the drugs' sale with prescription, for the patients being in particular situations: over the night, in far-away localities or in the places where to install a classical pharmacy is not economically justifiable. The automatic drug distribution system includes a network of distributing stations related to a regional control center where a group of chemists are available permanently to realize the professional act required by every patient who accedes to such a distribution station. An interactive and reciprocal communication by video, phone and writing is established between patient and chemist, using a telephone line or a radio frequency, as a function of the economical communication means available in the respective zone. The patient identification, as well as the prescription interpretation, are assured by the "reading" of the medical card and prescription, using a scanner. The standard professional act, consisting in the opening, registering or transferring of the patient file, is realized by the same ordinary dialog between chemist and patient, using the same informational means. The payment and drug delivery from the standard stock of the distribution station, are automatically realized after the transaction's acceptance. The standard stock of the distribution stations is periodically restored by replacement of the individual cases where the drugs are consumed.
Système de distribution automatique pour la vente de médicaments sous ordonnance, pour les patients se trouvant dans des situations particulières : vente pendant la nuit, dans des régions éloignées ou dans des endroits où il n'est pas rentable d'y établir une pharmacie. Le système de distribution automatique comprend un réseau de postes de distribution reliés à un centre de contrôle régional où un groupe de chimistes est disponible en permanence pour réaliser l'acte professionnel demandé par chaque patient qui accède à un tel poste de distribution. Une communication interactive et réciproque par vidéo, par téléphone et par écrit est établie entre le patient et le chimiste au moyen d'une ligne téléphonique ou d'une radiofréquence en tant que fonction du moyen de communication économique disponible dans la zone respective. L'identification du patient, de même que l'interprétation de l'ordonnance sont assurées par la «lecture» de la carte médicale et de l'ordonnance par un lecteur optique. L'acte professionnel courant, consistant à ouvrir, à consigner ou à transférer le dossier du patient est exécuté par le même dialogue ordinaire entre le chimiste et le patient, par le même moyen d'information. Le paiement et la livraison du médicament provenant du stock indispensable du poste de distribution sont automatiquement effectués après l'acceptation de la transaction. Le stock indispensable des postes de distribution est régulièrement renouvelé par remplacement des compartiments individuels où les médicaments sont consommés.
