THE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The apparatuses for watering plants, known up-to now consist of components that their functions, largeness, inconvenience in use, low reliability and high cost make these apparatuses difficult to manufacture for home use in this invention there is created an apparatus of pocket size, low cost, high reliability, fully electronic and automatic, enabling the ordinary person without any technical skills to use it in every household. The apparatus consists of components dosing the watering fluid volume and determining watering frequency, regulating the fluid flow rate for the individual plants, sensing of the plants soil condition and watering fluid presence in the reservoir container to assure the apparatus safe operation and high reliability.
