ABSTRACT A telephone-like device is special for those people who have communication problem for auto-reporting emergency cases to corresponding emergency departments directly by pre-recorded emergency messages with fluent language in a transmitter and by using well known speed-dialing network with pre-stored phone numbers of the emergency departments for speed dialing. Said emergency messages contain emergency titles in which each title followed by reporter's home address and phone number. With switches connection, one emergency case is designated to one actuator for sequently actuating one stored emergency phone number in the speed-dialing network and one pre-recorded emergency message in the transmitter correspondingly. Embodi- ments are disclosed in individual set, and in inte- grated existing telephone set, either auto-reporting three cases to three emergency departments through three digit phone codes actuated by three actuators correspondingly, or auto-reporting three cases to 911 department only by three actuators correspondingly.
