An automatic feeding apparatus includes: a hopper storing a pellet-like bait; a blade driven by a dispersing motor, for scattering the bait to the surroundings; a screw feeder driven by a feeder motor and provided between the hopper and the blade, for sending out the bait toward the blade; and a frame being divided into a self-supporting frame previously installed with at least the hopper, the screw feeder and the blade and a basic frame disposed on a fish preserve, the self-supporting frame being mounted detachably on the basic frame.
