When filling a glass with beer, the foam always fills the glass first. The glass can be only filled with beer when the foam dissipates. However, it is necessary to fill a glass of beer several times. Solving this problem has been a concern for a long time. According to the pressure difference between two points at different heights of a tight container which is filled by liquid, the liquid will flow out from the lower hole and air will enter the container from a higher hole, if the two holes are opened. An automatic filler of liquid has been designed according to this principle. Two rubber tubes as two holes in this apparatus are installed at proper heights. Liquid flows out from one of the rubber tubes (e.g. outlet of liquid) and air enters the container through the other rubber tube (e.g. inlet of air). The foam and the superfluous liquid can be sucked back into the container through the inlet of air under the effect of pressure difference. The desired level of beer filled in glass can be controlled. The beer can be filled once to a desired level and an overflow cannot occur.
