ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A food processing machine for forming a rolled food product is provided herein. The machine includes a main frame and a main carriage movable along a predetermined path with respect to the main frame. The main carriage has a dough folding mechanism mounted thereon, and a folded dough rolling mechanism also mounted thereon. The main frame includes a dough feeding position, the dough feeding position being the site for a dough sheet feeding mechanism for depositing a dough sheet on a dough rolling fabric associated with the main carriage, and for at least one food dispensing mechanism for dispensing at least one food item atop the deposited dough sheet. The dough sheet deposit- ing mechanism and the food dispensing mechanism are secured to the main frame at the dough feeding position. Finally control means are provided to correlate the actuation of the various processing mechanisms and the movement of the main carriage.
