A loop for hanging material that has been wrapped in packaging is described. The loop is clipped to the packaging by the same clip that encloses the packaging. The clip has a neck section having a width less than the width of the clip, a retaining section extending from a first side of the neck section and having a width greater than the width of the clip, and a hanging section extending from a second side of the neck section. The hanging section has at least one aperture. In another embodiment, a second hanging section has at least one arm defining a notch between the arm and the hanging section.
