La cuve 2 est séquentiellement remplie et vidée d'huile par déplace- ment du piston 18. L'huile circule entre le réservoir 3 et la cuve 2 par des passages à voie unique et elle est filtrée avant de revenir dans le réservoir 3. La friteuse comporte, en outre, des moyens originaux de char- gement et de déchargement du panier de friture 1, une unité de conservation et de dosage, d'aliments surgelés et une unité distributrice de gobelets. Elle est adaptée à constituer une machine distributrice automatique. Figure 1.
