An automatic lubricant dispenser has a lower housing part formed with an outlet, a piston displaceable along an axis in the lower part and forming therein a compartment, a spindle extending along the axis, threaded into the piston, having an upper end above the piston provided with a lower coupling half, and a body of fluent lubricant filling the compartment and forming with the spindle, piston, and lower housing part a lower subassembly. An upper housing part securable to the lower part via a screw thread forms an upper subassembly. An insert mainly in the upper housing part forms a battery compartment and carries a motor unit having an output shaft projecting downward therefrom at the axis and provided with an upper coupling half axially engageable with the lower coupling half. The coupling halves are axially engageable to rotationally couple the motor output shaft to the spindle. A battery is provided in the battery compartment and a circuit board fixed to the insert is connected between the battery and the motor unit. An on-off switch mounted on the circuit board is actuatable to energize the motor unit from the battery. The insert, motor unit, battery, circuit board, and switch together forming a core subassembly normally held between the upper and lower subassemblies.

La présente invention a pour objet un distributeur de lubrifiant automatique constitué d'un boîtier inférieur comportant un orifice de sortie, un piston à déplacement axial, un compartiment formé dans le boîtier inférieur, un axe en prolongement axial et raccordé au piston par filetage, dont l'extrémité supérieure est située au-dessus du piston, avec moitié inférieure d'un raccord; un volume de lubrifiant fluide remplit le compartiment et forme, avec l'axe, le piston et le boîtier inférieur un sous-ensemble inférieur. La partie supérieure du boîtier, fixée à la partie inférieure par l'intermédiaire d'un élément fileté, forme un sous-ensemble supérieur. Une pièce, principalement insérée dans la partie supérieure du boîtier, forme un compartiment pour pile et loge un moteur doté d'un arbre moteur en projection axiale vers le bas ainsi que d'un raccord supérieur venant en prise avec un raccord inférieur. Les moitiés de raccord viennent en prise axialement pour établir l'accouplement rotationnel de l'arbre et de l'axe. Une pile est logée dans le compartiment de la pile et une plaquette de circuit fixée à la pièce rapportée est interconnectée entre la pile et le moteur. Un interrupteur de marche/arrêt connecté à la plaquette de circuit peut être actionné pour produire la mise sous tension du moteur à partir de la pile. La pièce rapportée, le moteur, la pile, la plaquette de circuit et l'interrupteur forment un sous-ensemble normalement inséré entre les sous-ensembles supérieur et inférieur.
